A new spring diet could boost your productivity!

It’s time to clean our bodies! Let all the toxins leave our bodies and focus a bit more on exercise! A half an hour a day should be possible right? A brisk walk, a trip on the bike or maybe a short jog?

 

In order to clean the body a good place to start is with (intermittent) fasting. You can decide how many days (per week) you would like to do this. As long as you’re comfortable with your choice. The options are infinite really.

You could decide to consume juices during the fast. In the morning you could start with some herbal tea with honey, followed by 1 glass of freshly squeezed juice in the early afternoon. A mug of vegetable soup seasoned with sea salt can be consumed late afternoon to finish the day off with another vegetable soup at night.

Vegetable soups and fruit juices help stimulate the self cleaning systems of the body and help clear out the toxins in your body. Herbal tea also helps to do this. Fasting helps your body to rest and recuperate. This generally leads to an increase in productivity on the longer run and also strengthens your immune system! Have fun with it, experiment and check what works best for you.
